Hours: 37 hours per week (52 weeks)
Rate of pay: Band C SCP 5-8 (£12.18 – £12.80 per hour)
£23,500 - £24,702

The Orchard School caters for primary aged pupils with complex and profound learning difficulties. Our school boasts an impressive site with bespoke facilities designed to meet the diverse needs of our pupils. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join us as a Site Supervisor.
As our Site Supervisor, you will work closely with our established Site Manager to ensure the smooth running of our school site. We are looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and has excellent communication skills. You must also be able to work independently and use your own initiative to complete tasks.
In addition to general site maintenance and cleanliness, this role will also involve overseeing our swimming and hydrotherapy pools. Therefore, we require a candidate who is willing to obtain a Pool Plant Operator qualification through relevant training. Additionally, a range of DIY skills would be advantageous in this role.
Please note that this is an all-year post and candidates will be expected to work during school holidays.
